Q: Why choose FotoMagic for your event?

A: FotoMagic is a father-son team that specializes in customer service and quality control. We can assure you that our services will exceed your expectations for we are committed to providing quality service and fun products. Our equipment is updated on a constant basis to provide you with the "latest and greatest" products available.

Q: Do you bring props with you and is there an additional charge for them?

A: YES, we do provide props which are enjoyed by children and adults to take fun photo's and there is NO additional charge.

Q: Do you charge for travel time and time required for set-up?

A: There is NO charge for our travel time or set-up time. We arrive approximately 1 hour before the start time for set-up and charge continuously from the start time (or the first picture taken).

Q: Can you be in one location for the cocktail hour and move to a second location for the event?

A: YES we can provide our services in two locations providing there is sufficient time to relocate and there is enough room in both locations and it is agreed on before the event. Depending on circumstances there may be an additional charge for relocating.

Q: Is it possible to have black and white magnets and color foto-key chains?

A: YES it is, for we use different printers for each and we can print them them both instantly.

Q: I have attended several events that you were at and noticed that at some you had one assistant and at others you had two, why is that?

A: Depending upon the event and number of attendees, many hosts request that we have two assistants in order to prevent long lines. There is an additional charge which covers the cost of the additional magnets (for we go at a faster rate with two assistants) and the assistant.

Q: We are having a candle lighting ceremony and do not need you to take photos during that time. Can you stop and re-start later?

A: Our time begins at the start time and runs continuously until the stop time. We attempt to take photos of the candle lighting and make magnets of it if the lighting permits and also if it does not conflict with the prime photographer for the event. Also we would not be able to take photos during relocating from one location to another.

Q: Can you add borders or special effects including titles or logo's on the pictures?

A: YES- using the latest digital technology we offer over 100 special digital effects to enhance color photos. Some effects include: heart shape, spotlight, animation, titles, borders and special green screen background effects, like the effects used on TV during the weather broadcast.

Q: How much room do you need and what is required?

A: A space of approximately 12' x 16' is required to perform our services. We require one table and an electronic outlet within 75 feet. Usually a corner of a room is the best location.

Q: How long does it take to produce a photo?

A: Black and White foto's take 2 seconds to develop and Color foto's take 12 seconds. For large events we can use 2 printers to reduce the time in half. So while one printer is printing we can move to the next foto without delay.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: We charge on an hourly rate (min. 4 hours on weekends) with unlimited foto magnets for the time period. Additonal foto novelty items (key chains, sno-globes, etc.) are priced individually in addition to the magnets.
